Several months ago I decided to put my property up for sale. Due to several factors, I chose to do an "As Is" sale. I had received several mailings from different companies interested in purchasing my property, for varying $ offers.

All were interested, and all agreed on the basic selling price I asked for (again based on some research on my part). As I didn't want to take much time to finalize (long story short) I chose one of the companies that had offered some additional funds at closing.
When I let Jay Woodsby know that another company had been my choice, he showed true concern that I choose well, and whished me the best. The following morning, he sent another e-mail, saying he just didn't want to let things go just yet. His revised offer was very nice!
